2006, Sept./Oct. The education team left Washington with pen pal letters for classes at All Gods Children schools in Liberia. The students’ faces lit, most had never received a piece of mail. The kids refuse to go to lunch (their one meal for the day) until their return letters were written. This small connection meant the world to them. How much more would a sponsorship mean? Their parents died of AIDS recently and their relatives kicked them out of the house. This exemplifies why we are there and what you help support.
